摘 要:选取2种不同变色温度、变色效果的热敏变色材料,添加水性聚氨酯、增稠剂等制成变色涂料,控制刮刀压力,将其涂覆在织物表面制备不同涂层厚度的变色织物。研究涂层厚度对变色织物基础色相、亮度的影响,并表征不同涂层厚度织物的变色响应速度、变色完全度以及不同温度下的变色效果。结果表明:涂层厚度对织物颜色的基础色相和亮度有影响,对变色响应速度、变色完全度等变色性能有较大影响;涂层越厚,织物的变色响应速度、变色完全度均降低,变色效果越差;涂层越薄,各项变色性能和变色效果越好。Two kinds of thermochromic materials with different discoloration temperature and discoloration effect were selected,and water-based polyurethane and thickener were added to make the discoloration coating.By controlling the scraper pressure,the color changing coating was coated on the fabric surface to prepare color changing fabrics with different coating thickness.The effect of coating thickness on the basic hue and brightness of the thermochromic fabric was studied.The response speed,discoloration completeness and discoloration effect under different temperature were characterized.The results showed that the coating thickness affected the basic hue and brightness of the fabric color.It also had a great influence on the discoloration response speed and discoloration completeness.The thicker the coating,the lower the discoloration response speed and discoloration completeness,and the discoloration effect was worse.The thinner the coating,the better the discoloration performance and discoloration effect.
