摘　　要：以丁基缩水甘油醚、二亚乙基三胺、端环氧聚醚硅油为原料,经无溶剂法合成得到嵌段硅油M-5418C,并对其合成工艺进行了优化。优化后的工艺为:丁基缩水甘油醚与二亚乙基三胺物质的量比为1.0∶1.2,80℃反应4 h,得到中间体I;端环氧聚醚硅油相对分子质量为12000,与中间体I物质的量比为1.0∶1.1,80℃反应5 h。将该嵌段硅油应用在锦氨针织布、锦棉梭织布、T/R针织水洗布、50s、60s N/R罗马布、全棉针织布上,整理织物的柔软性、平滑性优异,并且对颜色和色牢度的影响小。The block silicone oil M-5418C was synthesized from butyl glycidyl ether,diethylenetriamine and epoxyterminated polyether silicone oil by solvent-free method,and its synthesis process was optimized.The optimized process was as follows:the molar ratio of butyl glycidyl ether to diethylenetriamine was 1.0∶1.2,reacted at 80℃ for 4 h to obtain intermediate I;the molar ratio of the epoxy-terminated polyether silicone oil with a molecular weight of 12000 to intermediate I was 1.0∶1.1,reacted at 80℃ for 5 h.The block silicone oil was applied to ammonia knitted fabric,brocade cotton woven fabric,T/R knitted washcloth,50s,60s N/R roman fabric and all cotton knitted fabric.The finished fabric has good softness and smoothness,and has little effect on fabric color and color fastness.
