摘　　要：介绍了一种棉混纺机织物清洁短流程前处理工艺,列举了大量生产实例。生产实践表明:采用冷堆和汽蒸协同作用,结合专业设备先冷堆后汽蒸,实现了棉混纺机织物退煮漂一步法加工处理。该工艺获得的半制品白度和毛效与常规前处理效果一致,并具有工艺流程短、处理简单、能耗低的特点,有利于节能环保。A short process pretreatment process for cleaning cotton blended woven fabric is introduced,and a large number of production examples are listed.The production practice shows that the one-step process of desizing,boiling and bleaching of cotton blended woven fabric is realized by using the synergy of cold pile and steam,combined with professional equipment.The whiteness and gross efficiency of semi-finished products obtained by this process are consistent with those of conventional pretreatment,and have the characteristics of short process flow,simple treatment and low energy consumption,which is conducive to energy conservation and environmental protection.
