摘  要:某漂染废水处理厂废水量3000 t/d,采用物化处理“混凝沉淀”和生物处理“水解酸化+A/O”相结合的工艺处理。工艺稳定运行后,出水水质CODCr小于200 mg/L,BOD5小于50 mg/L,SS小于100 mg/L,色度小于80倍,达到GB 4287—2012《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》的间接排放标准。介绍了工艺流程及构筑物的相关设计参数,工程运行费用1.86元/t,日运行费用5580元,年运行费用167.4万元(按全年运行300天计),可为同类型工程设计提供参考或借鉴。The wastewater production of a dyeing wastewater treatment plant was 3000 t/d.The combination of physicochemical treatment"coagulation sedimentation"and biological treatment"hydrolysis acidification+A/O"was adopted.After stable operation,the effluent quality was CODCr<200 mg/L,BOD5<50 mg/L,SS<100 mg/L,chroma<80 times,which achieved the indirect discharge standard of GB 4287—2012 Discharge standard for water pollutants of textile dyeing and finishing industry.The process and related design parameters of the structures were also introduced.The operation cost of the project was 1.86 RMB/t,the daily operation cost was 5580 RMB,and the annual operation cost was 1.674 million RMB(according to the annual operation of 300 days).It can provide references for the same type of engineering design.
