精准对接,分层推进,促进产学研快速有效深度融合

摘　　要：产学研结合是融合多方资源,提升创新创业能力,深化创新机制的重要途径。在高校、政府、企业、市场之间的产学研融合过程中,往往会存在技术需求信息不对称、对接合作不精准等问题,成为阻碍创新体制深化发展的瓶颈之一。如何快速突破以上壁垒,以市场需求激发高校的创新能力,成为当前一个亟待解决的问题。在江苏科技镇长团的积极推动下,四川大学电子信息学院与江苏省无锡高新区(新吴区)逐步从相互接触了解到精准对接合作,实现了分层推进、产学研快速融合的目的。本文对双方对接和融合过程中的实践经验进行了研究和总结,就双方如何打破产学研壁垒等问题进行详细的阐述,并对后续的推进工作进行了展望,可为高校与地区的产学研推进方式提供有价值的借鉴。The industry-university cooperation is an essential way to merge resources,enhance innovation and entrepreneurship capability and deepen innovation mechanism.In the process of industry-university integration among universities,government,enterprises and market,there are often some problems such as asymmetric information of technology demand and inaccurate docking,which become one of the bottlenecks hindering the further development of innovation system.How to quickly break through the above barriers and stimulate the innovation ability of universities in accordance with market demand has become an urgent problem to be solved currently.Under the active promotion of Jiangsu Science and Technology Town Leaders'League,the college of electronic and information engineering of Sichuan University and Wuxi high-tech Zone(Xinwu District)of Jiangsu Province have gradually learned from each other to realize precise docking,achieving the goal of hierarchical promotion and rapid integration of industry-university cooperation.This paper studies and summarizes the practical experience in the process of docking and integration,and expounds how to break the bottle-necks.Furthermore,follow-up work is also prospected,which provides valuable reference for industry-university cooperation.
