民族地区乡村旅游发展居民获益研究——以福建霞浦半月里村为例

摘　　要：许多民族乡村地区依托优美的环境及独特的文化资源,将旅游产业作为乡村振兴首选发展路径。文章以福建半月里村旅游发展为例,对其旅游发展不同阶段及居民获益状况进行研究。研究结果显示,乡村旅游发展的不同阶段呈现出不同获益状况,影响获益情况的原因主要有民族乡村旅游发展效益低、资源性要素受益水平低、组织化程度低、专业人才缺乏等。文章对如何保障当地居民获益提出对策建议:解决民族村寨乡村旅游发展的基础建设问题;重视专业人才培养,壮大旅游产业发展;建立全面参与的利益分配制度;创新乡村旅游发展组织模式。研究结果可为民族村寨旅游进一步发展提供参考。Relying on the beautiful environment and unique cultural resources,many ethnic rural areas take the tourism industry as the preferred development route of rural revitalization.This paper takes Banyueli village in Fujian as a case to study the tourism development of ethnic villages in an attempt to disclose the different developmental stages and their benefits status.The results show that benefit share varied with the different stages of rural tourism development,and this phenomenon can be attribute to several factors:slow development and low efficiency and benefit of ethnic rural tourism,low resources benefit,low organizational degree,and the lack of professionals.The paper proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to guarantee the real benefits of local residents:tackling the infrastructure problems,attaching importance to personnel training,facilitating the development of tourism industry,and promoting full participation and innovating the idea of benefit distribution,perfecting community organizations and so on.It is hoped that the research outcome may shed light on further development of tourism in ethnic villages.
