摘  要:新型复杂航空器集成度越来越高,性能要求越来越高,安全性方面面临更高要求。立足现有管理体制,借鉴普通航空器适航经验和标准,研究新型复杂航空器适航管理要求,提出在新型复杂航空器研制流程中应注重安全性控制。分析了机载设备研制过程适航工作,探讨硬件、软件适航安全性要求和工作要点,在此基础上梳理了第三方在研制阶段适航管理监督要素和要点,提出针对新型复杂航空器应制定详细规范适航规章,加强适航技术研究。New military aircraft technology integration is getting higher and higher,higher performance requirements,and higher requirements in safety.Based on the existing management system and referring to the airworthiness experience and standards of ordinary aircraft,this paper studies the airworthiness management requirements of new complex aircraft,and puts forward that safety control should be paid attention to in the development process of new complex aircraft.This paper analyzes the airworthiness work in the development process of airborne equipment,and discusses the airworthiness safety requirements and key points of hardware and software,combs the elements and key points of airworthiness management and supervision of the third party in the development stage,and puts forward that detailed airworthiness regulations should be formulated for new complex aircraft to strengthen the research of airworthiness technology.
