KH570含量对UV固化有机-无机杂化涂层性能的影响

摘　　要：采用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-Gel)法,以3-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)和正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为前驱体,按不同摩尔比合成了一系列SiO_(2)溶胶,并将SiO_(2)溶胶和三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯(TPGDA)混合,经减压蒸馏后形成SiO_(2)/TPGDA分散液。然后,将SiO_(2)/TPGDA分散液和环氧树脂齐聚物混合,经UV固化后形成UV固化有机-无机杂化涂层。研究发现,加入SiO_(2)/TPGDA分散液后,KH570含量对涂层的热性能、机械性能得到明显提高的同时,保持优异的光学性能。随着KH570添加量的增加,涂层的铅笔硬度、摆杆硬度和耐刮擦性等机械性能、阻燃性能提高,这主要是由于KH570添加量增加后,无机相和有机相之间的结合力增强导致的。Using the Sol-Gel method,the 3-(methacrylate oxide)propyl trimethydoxysilane(KH570)and ethyl positive silicate(TEOS)as the precursors,to ynthesize a series of SiO_(2) sols according to different molar ratios,and mixe the SiO_(2) sol with tripropylene glycol diacrylate(TPGDA),a SiO_(2)/TPGDA dispersion was formed after reduced pressure distillation.Then,the SiO_(2)/TPGDA dispersion and epoxy resin oligomers were mixed,after UV curing to form a UV-cured organic-inorganic hybrid coating.It was found that after the addition of SiO_(2)/TPGDA dispersion,the thermal performance,mechanical properties of the KH570 content of the coating were significantly improved while maintaining excellent optical performance.With the increased amount of addition of KH570,the mechanical properties,flame resistance properties of the coating pencil hardness,swing rod hardness and scratch resistance improve,mainly due to the enhanced binding forces between the inorganic and organic phases after the increased cons umption of KH570 amount of addition.
