摘　　要：介绍了PFP(Plastic Flat Package)纸塑复合胶在图书装订中的应用,对影响PFP纸塑复合胶性能的因素进行了分析,研究不同原料成分及用量对PFP纸塑复合胶断裂伸长率、拉伸强度、表干时间等性能的影响。结果表明,当预聚体内结晶性聚酯多元醇与非结晶性聚酯多元醇比例为60∶40时,PFP纸塑复合胶的综合性能相对较好;当固化剂三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)质量分数为7%时,PFP纸塑复合胶的稳定性最好;当混合使用质量分数0.3%的DBTDL与质量分数0.05%的DABCO时,可缩短表干时间的同时保证PFP纸塑复合胶的性能。PFP纸塑复合胶具有较好的耐温性与耐溶剂性,且其密度较低有利于回收纸张和保护环境。The application of PFP(Plastic Flat Package)paper-plastic composite in book binding is introduced,and the factors of PFP paper-plastic composite is analysed,to study the effects of different raw material components and dosage on the fracture elongation of PFP,tensile strength,PFP and solvent resistance on paper recovery and environmental protection.The results show that the comprehensive performance of PFP paper-plastic polygel is relatively good when the ratio of precrystalline polyester polyols and noncrystalline polyester polyols is 60:40.When the usage of curing agent TMP was 7%,the PFP paper-plastic composite has the best stability.With the mixture of 0.3%DBTDL and 0.05%DABCO,the performance of PFP paper-plastic composite can be guaranteed while shortening the sheet drying time.PFP paper-plastic compound has good temperature resistance and solvent resistance,and its low density is conducive to recycling paper and protecting the environment.
