摘 要:针对传统校园水体重金属监测耗时长、成本高、测定元素有限的问题,提出以微波等离子体原子发射光谱仪的校园水体重金属监测系统。首先将该重金属检测系统分为氮气发生器、微波等离子体原子发射光谱仪(MP-AES)、过滤模块、泵、闪蒸模块(DHS)、自动加标模块(CSI),然后对氮气纯度、吹扫气和闪蒸模式进行优化。结果表明:在氮气纯度为99.95%,不添加吹扫气,设置闪蒸模块的条件下,系统性能最优。以检出限作为指标,测定表明系统对大部分重金属有良好响应,且在无值守时,运行良好,可用于校园水体重金属监测。Aiming at the problem of long time taking,high cost,limited measured elements of heavy metal monitoring in the traditional campus water body,a heavy metal monitoring system of campus water with microwave plasma atomic emission spectrometer is proposed.The heavy metal detection system is firstly divided into nitrogen generator,microwave plasma atomic emission spectrometer(MP-AES),filter module,pump,Flash Module(DHS),Automatic Scaling Module(CSI),and then the nitrogen purity,purge gas and flash mode are optimized.The results show that the system performance has nitrogen purity of 99.95%without the flash module.Taking the detection limit as the index,the measurement shows that the system has a good response to most heavy metals,and runs well when unattended,which can be used for heavy metal monitoring in campus water bodies.
