摘  要:丙酰三酮生产工艺路线以巴豆醛、乙硫醇、三乙胺、乙酰乙酸甲酯、甲苯、甲醇钠、盐酸、液碱、石油醚等为原料,通过硫醚醛合成、乙酰乙酸钠盐合成、庚烯酮合成、丙酰三酮合成反应生成产品,分析丙酰三酮生产工艺过程产污环节,通过物料平衡计算,分析污染物产排情况,计算项目的废气、废水、固废等产生污染源强。制定污染防治措施并分析经济合理性和技术可靠性,以判断丙酰三酮项目建设的环境可行性,为丙酰三酮生产污染防治提供参考。In the production process route of acetyltrione,bartaraldehyde,acetol,triethyamine,methyl acetyl acetate,toluene,sodium methanol,hydrochloric acid,liquid alkali,petroleum ether are used as raw materials.Products were generated by thiuraldehyde synthesis,sodium acetyl acetate synthesis,hepenone synthesis,and acetyltrione synthesis reactions to analyze the pollution production process of acetyltrione production process,calculated by material balance,analyse the production and discharge of pollutants,calculate the waste gas,waste water and solid waste of the project.Formulate pollution prevention and control measures,and analyze the economic rationality and technical reliability to judge the environmental feasibility of acetyltrione project construction,to provide reference for the pollution prevention and control of acetyltrione production.
