摘 要:为更好的检测钢管混凝土的浇筑质量,在制备钢管混凝土试样基础上,进行钢管混凝土的粘接滑移、轴压测试。结果表明,界面初始摩擦阻力是影响钢管混凝土粘接滑移的主要因素,当摩擦力大于机械咬合力和胶合力时,粘接滑移所需的力越大,当增加到一定程度,此时粘接滑移呈现匀速变化趋势;在不同加载方式下,钢管在屈服前受力不同,屈服前,主要为纵向应力;屈服后,主要为环向应力且呈现不同的变化趋势。由此通过以上两试验,可实现钢管浇注质量混凝土的检测。In order to test the pouring quality of concrete steel pipe better,the adhesive sliding and axial pressure test of concrete steel pipe are carried out on the basis of preparing concrete steel pipe samples.The results show that the initial friction resistance at the interface is the main factor affecting the bond slip of concrete steel pipe.When the friction force is greater than the mechanical bite force,the greater the force required for the bond slip,when increasing to a certain extent,the bond slip changes at a uniform speed.Under different loading modes,the steel pipe has different forces before and after submission.Before submission,it is mainly the longitudinal stress,after submission,it is mainly circular stress,and show different change trends.Through the above two tests,the detection of steel pipe pouring quality concrete can be realized.
