猪肺磷脂注射液联合无创高频振荡通气治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨猪肺磷脂注射液联合无创高频振荡通气(HFOV)治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法选择2018年1月至2018年10月我院收治的48例呼吸衰竭新生儿作为对照组,采用猪肺磷脂注射液治疗;选择2019年11月至2020年9月我院收治的48例呼吸衰竭新生儿作为观察组,采用猪肺磷脂注射液联合无创HFOV治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、血气指标[血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))、氧合指数(PaO_(2)/FiO_(2))]。结果观察组总有效率为97.92%,明显高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)水平高于治疗前,且观察组SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论猪肺磷脂注射液联合无创HFOV可提升新生儿呼吸衰竭的治疗效果,改善患儿血气指标。Objective To analyze the efficacy of poractant alfa injection combined with non-invasive high frequency oscillatory ventilation(HFOV)in the treatment of neonatal respiratory failure.Methods 48 neonates with respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2018 were selected as control group,and treated with poractant alfa injection.48 neonates with respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to September 2020 were selected as observation group,and treated with poractant alfa injection combined with non-invasive HFOV.The clinical efficacy and blood gas indicators[blood oxygen saturation(SaO_(2)),oxygenation index(PaO_(2)/FiO_(2))]were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.92%,significantly higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SaO_(2) and PaO_(2)/FiO_(2) levels of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the SaO_(2) and PaO_(2)/FiO_(2) levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Poractant alfa injection combined with non-invasive HFOV can improve the treatment effect of neonatal respiratory failure,and improve the blood gas indicators of children.
