摘　　要：目的探讨四季抗病毒合剂联合人免疫球蛋白(HIg)治疗小儿手足口病(HFMD)的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月我院收治的62例HFMD患儿,随机分为观察组(四季抗病毒合剂联合HIg治疗)与对照组(HIg治疗)。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的总有效率为93.55%,高于对照组的74.19%(P<0.05)。观察组退热、皮疹消退、口腔疱疹愈合、血清EV71抗体转阴时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的IL-4、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四季抗病毒合剂联合HIg治疗HFMD的疗效理想,可快速控制患儿的症状,其机制可能与提高机体细胞免疫、抑制炎性反应有关。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Siji antiviral mixture combined with human immunoglobulin(HIg)in the treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods 62 HFMD children admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(Siji antivirus mixture+HIg)and control group(HIg).The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%,higher than 74.19%of the control group(P<0.05).The antipyretic time,skin rash subsided time,oral herpes healing time,and serum EV71 antibody negative time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The IL-4 and IL-6 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Siji antiviral mixture combined with HIg has ideal efficacy in the treatment of HFMD,and can quickly control the symptoms of children.The mechanism may be related to improving cellular immunity and inhibiting inflammatory reaction.
