摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠早中期子宫动脉PI联合AFP、β-hCG、INH-A、uE3对子痫前期的预测价值。方法选择2019年1月至2020年1月于我院产检及分娩的1000例单胎孕妇,孕10~13^(+9)周采血测定血清AFP、β-hCG、INH-A、uE3水平及检测子宫动脉PI值。根据是否出现子痫前期分为对照组和观察组。通过ROC曲线分析子宫动脉PI联合AFP、β-hCG、INH-A、uE3对子痫前期的预测价值。结果观察组的PI、β-hCG、INH-A水平高于对照组,AFP、uE3水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,PI、AFP、β-hCG、INH-A、uE3联合检测预测子痫前期的AUC为0.963,敏感度为93.49%,特异性为96.38%,均高于单一指标检测(P<0.05)。结论妊娠早中期子宫动脉PI联合AFP、β-hCG、INH-A、uE3对子痫前期具有较高的预测价值。Objective To explore the predictive value of uterine artery PI combined with AFP,β-hCG,Inh-A and uE3 in early-middle stage of pregnancy for preeclampsia.Methods 1000 singleton pregnant women in our hospital for prenatal examination and delivery from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly selected.Their blood samples were taken at 10-13^(+9 )weeks of pregnancy to detect the serum AFP,β-hCG,INH-A and uE3 levels and uterine artery PI.They were divided into control group and observation group according to whether preeclampsia occurred or not.ROC curve was used to analyze the predictive value of PI combined with AFP,β-hCG,INH-A and uE3 for preeclampsia.Results The PI,β-hCG and INH-A levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the AFP and uE3 levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that AUC of combined detection of PI,AFP,β-hCG,INH-A and uE3 in predicting preeclampsia was 0.963,the sensitivity was 93.49%,and the specificity was 96.38%,which were higher than those of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusions Uterine artery PI combined with AFP,β-hCG,INH-A and uE3 in early-middle stage of pregnancy has higher predictive value for preeclampsia.
