摘  要:目的探讨计算机认知训练联合常规认知训练对脑损伤后认知障碍患者认知功能和记忆功能的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年11月我院收治的脑损伤后认知障碍患者30例,随机分为对照组(n=15)和试验组(n=15)。对照组每日接受40分钟的常规认知训练,试验组每日接受20分钟的常规认知训练和20分钟的六六脑^(■)脑康复云认知训练。比较两组患者治疗前后的认知功能和记忆功能。结果治疗后,两组的MoCA评分、RBMT-Ⅱ评分高于治疗前,且试验组治疗前后的MoCA、RBMT-Ⅱ评分差值高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论计算机认知训练联合常规认知训练可有效促进脑损伤后认知障碍患者认知功能及记忆功能的恢复,且计算机认知训练疗效优于常规认知训练。Objective To explore the influence of the computer cognitive training combined with routine cognitive training on cognitive function and memory function of patients with cognitive impairment after brain injury.Methods 30 patients with cognitive impairment after brain injury admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=15)and experimental group(n=15).The control group received 40 minutes of routine cognitive training every day,and the experimental group received 20 minutes of routine cognitive training and 20 minutes of 66nao brain rehabilitation cloud cognitive training every day.The cognitive function and memory function of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the MoCA scores and RBMT-Ⅱscores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the score differences of MoCA score and RBMT-Ⅱscore before and after treatment in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Computer cognitive training combined with routine cognitive training can effectively improve the cognitive function and memory function of patients with cognitive impairment after brain injury,and the efficacy of computer cognitive training was better than that of the routine cognitive training.
