连续性护理在膀胱癌尿流改道腹壁造口术后护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析连续性护理在膀胱癌尿流改道腹壁造口术后护理中的应用效果。方法将2019年6月至2020年12月在我院行尿流改道腹壁造口术的92例膀胱癌患者随机分为两组各46例。参照组行常规护理,研究组在参照组基础上进行连续性护理。对比两组患者的心理状态、生活质量和护理满意度。结果护理后,研究组的SAS、SDS评分低于参照组,生活质量评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度为95.65%,高于参照组的78.26%(P<0.05)。结论连续性护理应用于膀胱癌尿流改道腹壁造口术后护理中,可显著改善患者的心理状态,提高其生活质量及护理满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the application effect of continuous nursing in postoperative nursing of bladder cancer urinary diversion abdominal stoma surgery.Methods 92 patients with bladder cancer undergoing urinary diversion abdominal stoma surgery in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 46 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given continuous nursing on the basis of the reference group.The psychological state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the study group was 95.65%,higher than 78.26%of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing in the postoperative nursing of bladder cancer urinary diversion abdominal stoma surgery can significantly improve the psychological state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
