火龙罐联合腰椎功能训练对腰椎间盘突出症术后患者机体康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨火龙罐联合腰椎功能训练对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)术后患者机体康复影响。方法选择2020年1月至2020年12月我院收治的80例LDH患者,随机分为两组各40例。对照组术后实施腰椎功能训练,观察组在此基础上采用火龙罐治疗。对比两组患者术后恢复情况、功能活动依从性、疼痛程度及腰椎功能。结果观察组首次直腿抬高度数、功能活动依从性高于对照组,首次下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组,干预后的VAS、ODI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论火龙罐联合腰椎功能训练能够加快LDH术后患者机体康复,提高功能活动依从性,缓解疼痛,改善腰椎功能。Objective To explore the influence of Huolong pot combined with lumbar function training on the body rehabilitation of patients after lumbar disc herniation(LDH)surgery.Methods 80 LDH patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received lumbar spine functional exercises after surgery,and the observation group received Huolong pot on this basis.The postoperative recovery,functional activity compliance,pain degree and lumbar spine function of the two groups were compared.Results The first straight leg raising degree and functional activity compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the first out-of-bed activity time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group,and the VAS and ODI scores after intervention were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Huolong pot combined with lumbar function training can accelerate the body rehabilitation of patients after LDH surgery,improve the functional activity compliance,relieve the pain,and improve the lumbar function.
