微信互动式延伸护理服务在冠心病合并缺血性二尖瓣关闭不全患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨微信互动式延伸护理服务在冠心病合并缺血性二尖瓣关闭不全(IMR)患者中的应用效果。方法按照护理方法不同,将210例冠心病合并IMR患者分为观察组(n=105)和对照组(n=105)。对照组予以常规延伸护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以微信互动式延伸护理服务,比较两组的自我管理能力及依从性。结果护理后,观察组的自我管理认知、自我管理行为、自我管理环境评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总依从性为91.43%,明显高于对照组的78.10%(P<0.05)。结论微信互动式延伸护理服务可明显提高冠心病合并IMR患者的自我管理能力和依从性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat interactive extended nursing service in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with ischemic mitral regurgitation(IMR).Methods 210 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with IMR were divided into observation group(n=105)and control group(n=105)according to different nursing methods.The control group received routine extended nursing,and the observation group received WeChat interactive extended nursing service based on the control group.The self-management ability and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of self-management cognition,self-management behavior and self-management environment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was 91.43%,significantly higher than 78.10%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions WeChat interactive extended nursing service can significantly improve the self-management ability and compliance of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with IMR,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
