摘　　要：设计了一种生活垃圾焚烧炉机械炉排的炉排片,用计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamic,CFD)的数值模拟方法进行理论验证,并通过阶段性试验。该炉排片具有漏渣少、风孔堵塞率低、配风均匀、燃烧稳定、轻量化、成本低等特点。A new type grate bar of MSW incinerator is designed,and the theoretical verification is carried out with a numerical simulation method of computational fluid dynamics(CFD).The performance of the grate bar is determined through phase tests.The new type grate bar have the characteristics of less slag leakage,low air hole clogging rate,uniform air distribution,more stable combustion,light weight,and low cost.
