学生体质健康促进的全域化系统构建与系统仿真研究

摘　　要：引入全域化视角,促进学生体质健康促进研究由"点、轴、面"向"全域"迈进。以学生体质健康促进的全域系统为研究对象,运用质性研究方法构建全域化系统,运用系统动力学模拟仿真系统要素变化对学生体质健康促进的影响,探索不同发展模式下学生体质健康促进的差异。学生体质健康促进分为全域协同、政府主导、学校主导、家庭主导和社会主导5类发展模式,家庭主导模式对学生体育锻炼行为促进的效果最为显著,全域化协同发展模式对学生体质健康水平促进的效果最为显著。促进学生体质健康水平提升,应树立全域化理念,重新界定学生体质健康促进问题;构建全域化系统,形成政府、学校、家庭、社会共同促进学生体质健康的新型格局;整合全域化要素,建立协同促进学生体质健康的新模式;抓住体育锻炼"牛鼻子",建设学生体质健康促进的良性闭环循环系统。Introduced of a global perspective,it promoted student physical health research from the"point-axis-face"to"globalization".We used the qualitative research method to construct the global system and used the system dynamics method to simulate the influence of the changes of system elements on student physical health,explored the differences of physical health promotion of students under different development modes.The promotion of student physical health could be divided into five development models:global coordination,government-led,school-led,family-led and social-led.The family-led model had the most significant effect on the promotion of student physical exercise behavior,the effect of the model of the global coordinated development on the student physical health was the most significant.In future,we should set up the concept of globalization,redefine the problem of student physical health promotion,construct the system of globalization and form a new pattern of government,school,family and society to promote student physical health together,grasp the"ox-nose"of physical exercise to build a benign circulation system to promote student physical health.
