摘　　要：目的探讨ICU医护人员对机械通气患者实施早期运动的真实体验。方法2019年1月—2019年12月,运用访谈提纲对ICU医护人员进行深度访谈,现场录音及笔录,访谈15人时资料饱和。运用Colaizzi的7步分析法对资料进行分析。结果共提炼出4个主题:机械通气患者早期运动的风险性高;ICU机械通气患者早期运动无个性化实施方案,实施效果缺乏评价标准;迫切需要ICU机械通气患者早期运动相关知识;机械通气患者早期运动执行受限。结论制订切实可行的机械通气患者早期运动的流程和实施方案,提高医护人员对早期运动重要性的认知,合理人力资源的配置,是提高患者疾病治愈率,改善生活质量及预后并最终得到安全、有效、科学的早期活动康复治疗的重要保证。Objective To explore the real experience of ICU medical staff in early exercise for patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,In-depth interview with ICU medical staff was conducted with interview outline,on-site recording and dictation,and the data of 15 interviews were saturated.Colaizzi′s 7-step analysis method was used to analyze the data.Results A total of 4 topics were extracted:Patients with mechanical ventilation had a high risk of early exercise;The procedures and programs of early exercise for ICU mechanical ventilation patients are uncertain,there is no personalized program,and the implementation effect lacks evaluation criteria;Early exercise knowledge of ICU mechanical ventilation patients is urgently needed;Early exercise is restricted in patients with mechanical ventilation.Conclusion Formulate feasible process and implementation project of mechanical ventilation patients in early exercise,improve the medical staff cognition of the importance of early exercise,and rational configuration of human resources,are the important guarantee to improve the patients disease cure rate,and the quality of life and prognosis and eventually get a safe,effective and scientific early activity of rehabilitation treatment.
