消毒供应室实施风险及规范化管理对医院感染的控制效果研究

摘　　要：目的消毒供应室实施风险管理及规范化管理对医院感染的控制效果分析。方法采用回顾性方法,选取2017年1月—12月(消毒供应室实施风险管理及规范化管理前)与2018年1月—12月(消毒供应室实施风险管理及规范化管理后)的各项指标进行对比,比较实施风险管理及规范化管理前后卫生学检测合格率、高压灭菌合格率、手术器械清洁合格率、待消毒物品包装合格率。结果实施后的卫生学检测合格率、高压灭菌合格率、手术器械清洁合格率、待消毒物品包装合格率明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对消毒供应室进行风险评估,并对其实施规范化管理,使消毒供应室的管理制度得到完善,感控质量提高,医院感染发生率降低。Objective To analyze the control effect of risk management and standardized management on nosocomial infection in disinfection supply room.Methods The retrospective method,the selection from January 2017 to December(prior to implementation of risk management and the standardized management of disinfection supply room)and from January 2018 to December(disinfection supply room after the implementation of risk management and standardized management),comparing the indicators of comparative hygiene inspection qualified rate before and after the implementation of risk management and standardized management and high pressure sterilization rate,incidence of qualified rate of surgical instruments to clean,wet package,the qualification rate of disinfection goods packaging.Results The qualified rate of sanitary inspection,autoclaving,cleaning of surgical instruments,wet bag and packaging of sterilized articles were significantly lower than that before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk assessment and standardized management of disinfection supply room can improve the management system of disinfection supply room,improve the quality of sense control and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.
