代码共享,航空联盟与民航企业绩效——来自中国民航业的实证研究

摘　　要：全球化进程中,中国各航空公司积极通过全球联盟和代码共享达成多边合作,这种既合作又竞争的产业组织形式影响其产品的供应、定价策略、经营效率、市场势力和整个产业的发展。然而,自中国南方航空于2019年1月1日起退出天合联盟后,航空联盟以及代码共享对航空公司业绩的影响引发诸多疑问。基于2007-2018年中国上市航空公司的数据,通过实证模型分析代码共享和加入全球联盟的企业组织形式对航空公司盈利能力的影响。结果显示:航空公司营业收入与其建立代码共享合作伙伴关系总数量正相关。航空公司可通过子公司、联营公司和加入航空联盟与其他航空公司达成代码共享协议,与更多子公司或联营公司建立代码共享可为航空公司带来正收益,而加入国际航空联盟对其营业收入不产生影响。因此,建议航空公司通过选择特定航线与子公司或联营公司等具有股权关系的航空公司增加代码共享合作伙伴的数量,而对是否加入航空联盟则需要根据自身的实际情况决定。In the process of globalization over the past decade,China s airlines have actively established multilateral cooperation through global alliances and code-sharing.This form of cooperative and competitive industrial organization affects the supply of their products,pricing strategies,operational efficiency,market power and development of the entire industry.However,as Southern Airlines has withdrawn from Sky Team since January 1,2019,there are still much problem about the impact of global alliances and code-sharing on airline performance.This paper empirically analyzes whether airlines code-sharing and the joining in global alliance will affect their profitability.Data from Chinese listed airlines between 2008 and 2018 show that airlines operating income is positively correlated with their total number of code-sharing partners.As airlines can reach code-sharing agreements with other airlines through subsidiaries,affiliates,joint ventures or airline alliances.Findings indicate that code-sharing reached through subsidiaries or affiliates can bring positive benefits to airlines while airlines joining in global airline alliance has no effect on airlines profitability.As a result,this paper suggests that airlines reach code-sharing with their affiliates or subsidiaries on specific routes and join in global airline alliance according to their own conditions.
