摘 要:以涤-锦水刺布为膜材,涤纶滤料为基材,通过热压贴合的方式将膜材覆着在涤纶基材上,研究了不同工艺参数下的涤-锦水刺布/涤纶覆膜滤料的透气性、过滤效率及通气阻力,并与传统涤纶覆膜滤料的各项性能对比。结果表明:热压速度和热压压力对涤-锦水刺布/涤纶覆膜滤料的各项性能均有影响,其中以6 M-3 MP参数下制备的涤-锦水刺布/涤纶覆膜滤料的透气性、过滤效率及通气阻力与传统涤纶覆膜滤料性能类似,且耐磨性要优于传统覆膜滤料。The polyester-nylon spunlace cloth was used as the membrane material and the polyester filter material was used as the base material.The membrane material was covered on the polyester base material by hot pressing and bonding.The air permeability,filtration efficiency and ventilation resistance of polyester-nylon spunlace cloth/polyester coated filter material under different process parameters were studied,and compared with the performance of traditional polyester coated filter material.The results showed that:the hot-pressing speed and the hot-pressing pressure had an impact on the performance of the polyester-nylon spunlace/polyester film filter material.Among them,the air permeability,filtration efficiency and ventilation resistance of the polyester-nylon spunlace/polyester film prepared under the parameters of 6 M-3 MP were similar to the performance of the traditional polyester film-coated filter material,and the wear resistance was better than that of the traditional film-coated filter material.
