摘  要:针对2019版绿色建筑评价标准中采光得分要点由原来的静态分析改为动态采光计算的变化,选取了7个住宅案例,分析新旧评价标准下住宅采光得分情况,得出新绿标中住宅采光评价的得分难度大。在此基础上,通过控制变量的方法,模拟分析不同窗地比、窗台高度、阳台形式、阳台隔墙窗墙比对住宅采光效果的影响,提出适宜苏州地区住宅采光效果提升的优化策略,并通过案例分析验证策略的有效性。分析结果表明:苏州地区住宅建筑采光优化设计时,适宜的窗地比为1/5~1/4,较常规的1/6~1/5窗地比有所提升;窗台高度600~900 mm为宜;开敞式阳台的采光效果明显优于封闭式;提升阳台隔墙窗墙比对封闭式阳台采光改善效果显著。研究结果可为苏州地区住宅采光设计和营造良好的住宅自然采光效果提供参考。In response to the change in the lighting score points of the 2019 green building evaluation standards from the original static analysis to the dynamic lighting calculation,this paper selected seven residential cases to analyze the residential lighting scores under the new and old evaluation standards,and it is difficult to get the new standard score.On this basis,through the method of controlling variables,simulate and analyze the influence of different window-to-ground ratios,window sill heights,balcony forms,balcony partitions and window-wall ratios on residential lighting,and propose some optimization strategies suitable for improving residential lighting effects in Suzhou area,and Case studies are used to verify the effectiveness of the strategy.The results show that the appropriate window to ground ratio is 1/5 ~1/4,which is higher than the conventional 1/6 ~1/5 window to ground ratio;The height of window sill should be 600 ~900 mm;The daylighting effect of open balcony is obviously better than that of closed balcony;Compared with the closed balcony,the effect of improving the daylighting of balcony partition and window wall is significant.The research results can provide reference for residential daylighting design and creating good residential natural daylighting effect in Suzhou.
