摘  要:建筑节能作为现代建筑行业发展的热词,是全世界追求的新目标。许多既有居住建筑在建筑节能方面远不能达到最新规范对建筑外部围护结构的导热系数要求。以煤炭产业著名的阜新市来说,通过对市面上常用的外保温材料对比,选取超薄真空保温板(STP)、XPS保温板、EPS保温板和改性酚醛(MPF)保温板这4种最具有代表性的建筑墙体外保温材料。以蒸压加气混凝土砌块为基层的墙体,计算出严寒(C)区能够达到75%节能的前提下,单位面积外保温材料的静态经济指标数值,而且尽可能在达到防火性最好的条件下,4种外保温材料的最优选择。As hot words in the development of modern architecture industry,building energy conservation is a novel goal pursued all over the world.In terms of building energy efficiency,many existing residential buildings are far from meeting the thermal conductivity requirements of external building envelopes in the latest codes.In Fuxin,a city famous for its coal industry,four most representative external thermal insulation materials for building walls,including ultra-thin vacuum thermal insulation board(STP),XPS thermal insulation board,EPS thermal insulation board and modified phenol Formaldehyde(MPF) thermal insulation board,were selected by comparing the external thermal insulation materials commonly used in the market.Taking autoclaving aerated concrete block as the base wall,the static economic index value of external insulation materials per unit area is calculated on the premise that the cold(C) zone can achieve 75% energy saving,and the optimal choice of four kinds of external insulation materials is as far as possible under the condition that the fire resistance is the best.
