摘　　要：甘肃省DB62/T 3151—2018《严寒和寒冷地区居住建筑节能(75%)设计标准》于2018年12月1日实施,是涵盖严寒B、C区与寒冷A区并以第四步节能要求为主要技术内容的地方标准,提出了"宽墙严窗"的围护结构热工性能设计原则,补充了定西、武威两个重要城市的设计参数,规定了甘肃省90%以上地区的居住建筑节能主要途径,以适应甘肃地区的经济和建筑节能发展。以介绍该标准的编制背景、编制思路和主要技术创新点为主,同时分析了甘肃省发展近零能耗建筑的前景和面临的问题。"Design Standard for Energy Efficiency(75%) of Residential Buildings in Severe Cold and Cold Areas" of Gansu Province(DB62/T 3151-2018) was implemented on December 1,2018,which covers the severe cold B area and C area,and cold A area,and takes the fourth step of energy-saving requirements as the main technical content of the local standards,addressing the palisade structure of the thermal performance design principles-"wide-window,severe-wall",two important complement of Dingxi,Wuwei city design parameters,provides more than 90% of the region in Gansu province of residential building energy conservation main way,so as to adapt to the development of economy and building energy conservation areas in Gansu province.This paper introduces the background,thinking and main technical innovation points of this standard,the prospect and problems facing the development of near-zero energy buildings in Gansu province are considered.
