雷火灸治疗乳腺癌术后失眠症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评估雷火灸治疗乳腺恶性肿瘤术后失眠症的临床疗效。方法84名女性乳腺恶性肿瘤患者被随机分为雷火灸组42例和对照组(遵医嘱予口服地西泮治疗)42例,疗程均为14天,随访3个月。两组均接受术后常规护理。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分和中医证候积分评估疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分和中医证候积分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗结束后,雷火灸组PSQI各维度评分和中医证候积分均低于其治疗前,且PSQI总分和中医证候积分也都低于对照组。另外,雷火灸组治疗失眠症的有效率(71.43%)和护理满意度(92.86%)均高于对照组(19.05%和21.43%),以上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论雷火灸治疗可改善乳腺恶性肿瘤术后失眠症患者的睡眠质量,可有效缓解失眠症状,患者依从性高、满意度好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of thunder-fire moxibustion on postoperative insomnia of breast cancer.Methods A total of 84 female breast cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups:observation group(was given thunder fire moxibustion,n=42)and the control group(was given oral diazepam,n=42).The course of treatment was 14 days,follow-up for 3 months.All patients were given routine postoperative care.Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score and TCM syndrome score were used to evaluate the curative effect.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PSQI scores and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PSQI scores on various dimensions and TCM syndrome scores in observation group were lower than before treatment,and PSQI total scores and TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were also lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the effective rate(71.43%)and nursing satisfaction(92.86%)in observation group were better than those in the control group(19.05%and 21.43%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder-fire moxibustion can improve the sleep quality of insomnia patients after breast malignant tumor surgery,effectively relieve insomnia symptoms.The patients have high compliance and good satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application.
