摘  要:原油集输系统作为地面工程的主要环节,其能耗巨大且结构复杂,如何科学完整的评价原油集输系统整体能效水平是油田面临的一个重要问题.以加热炉和泵机组为基础耗能设备,采用熵权灰色关联分析方法,综合考虑加热炉的热效率、排烟温度以及泵机组的泵运行效率、节流损失率等评价指标,确定基础耗能设备的能效系数,在此基础上以联合站、集油井口和计转站三大子系统的耗热和耗电为基础,以全年能耗占比为指标权重,建立多层级原油集输系统能效评价体系,分析原油集输系统的能效系数在不同季节下的变化规律,确定用能薄弱环节,为油田节能降耗提供技术支持.As the main link of surface engineering,crude oil gathering and transportation system has huge energy consumption and complex structure.How to evaluate the overall energy efficiency level of crude oil gathering and transportation system scientifically and completely is an important problem faced by the oilfield.In this paper,based on the heating furnace and pump unit as the basic energy consumption equipment,the entropy-weighted grey association analysis met hod is used to determine the energy efficiency coefficient of the basic energy consumption equipment by comprehensively considering the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace,exhaust gas temperature,pump operation efficiency and throttling loss rate of the pump unit.Based on the heat and power consumption of the three subsystems of the united station,oil gathering wellhead and transfer station,and taking the annual energy consumption proportion as the index weight,the energy efficiency evaluation system of multilevel crude oil gathering and transportation system is established,the variation law of energy efficiency coefficient of crude oil gathering and transportation system in different seasons is analyzed,and the weak links of energy consumption are determined,which provides technical support for energy conservation and consumption reduction of oilfield.
