乡村振兴战略的旅游路径研究——准入门槛及其差异化选择

摘　　要：乡村振兴战略实施的关键是选择战略路径,而发展乡村旅游是实现乡村振兴战略的重要路径和突破口。那么,乡村振兴战略的旅游路径是否存在准入门槛以及其旅游路径的差异性如何呢?本文采用组态视角和QCA方法,基于竞争优势理论框架构建乡村振兴旅游路径的组态分析模型,并结合12个全国乡村旅游发展典型案例进行实证研究,探索乡村振兴战略旅游路径的准入门槛及关键因素之间的耦合构成,探讨乡村振兴旅游路径的生成逻辑,并进行其旅游路径差异化选择研究。研究结果表明:单个条件变量并不构成乡村振兴旅游路径准入的必要条件,乡村步入旅游发展之路并不存在严格必要的限制条件;实现乡村振兴的旅游路径是多元化的,共生成七条具有差异化的乡村振兴旅游路径,其中"政策与经济双驱型旅游路径"是乡村振兴的旅游最优路径;经济发达地区的重要旅游路径为"市场需求导向型旅游路径""政策与经济双驱型旅游路径"和"高乡村性与高参与性加持型旅游路径",经济欠发达地区的最重要的路径包括"景区依附型旅游路径"和"资本加持型旅游路径"。本文科学客观地评价了乡村振兴背景下乡村旅游的发展路径及其差异性,为避免通过乡村旅游实现乡村振兴战略的盲目性和无序性,提出了政策建议:注重乡村振兴战略旅游路径的地区差异性,因地制宜地制定乡村旅游准入机制及发展政策;加快完善乡村旅游市场经济体制,推进乡村地区精准投资和有效投资战略实施;丰富乡村旅游产品业态,挖掘国内旅游消费潜力;搭建乡村人才培养载体,培育乡村旅游精英;构建科学合理的乡村旅游空间结构网络,实现乡村空间均衡化发展。Implementing the rural revitalization strategy is a major decision made at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,(CPC) and a major historical task for comprehensively building a modern socialist country.Xi jinping, general secretary of the central rural work conference in 2021,said: "the depth and width of the fully implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country, difficulty comes out of poverty, and must strengthen the top-level design, with stronger measures, converge more powerful force to promote",this major is a further indication of promoting rural revitalization of complexity, difficulty and long-lasting.From 19 big implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country, the establishment of the national rural revitalization of the bureau and ministries on promoting rural revitalization policy documents, issued by the China is for the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the national power to promote rural.The key to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is to choose the strategic path, and the development of rural tourism is an important path and breakthrough to realize the rural revitalization strategy.Then, is there any entry threshold for the tourism routes of rural revitalization strategy and what are the differences of the tourism routes?Configuration and QCA method, this paper based on the competitive advantage theory framework to build rural revitalization of the travel path access configuration analysis model, and combined with 12 national rural tourism development of typical case of empirical research, to explore the strategy of rejuvenating rural tourism path the barriers to entry and key factors of the coupling between the composition, to explore rural revitalization of the travel path generation logic.And carry on its tourism route differentiation choice research.The results show that :(1) The independent interpretation ability of the 10 conditional variables to the outcome variables is weak, and a single conditional variable does not constitute
