摘　　要：对经生化处理后的有机硅废水的水质特点进行分析,采用臭氧-双氧水联用氧化的处理方式,可以降解废水中难生物降解有机污染物从而实现达标排放。The organic silicon wastewater which has been treated by biochemical processes was analyzed and then be treated by the ozone-hydrogen peroxide combination oxidation process,the results showed that unbiodegradable organic pollutants in the wastewater was degraded,and the treated wastewater achieved the discharge standards.
