摘　　要：目的:为了能够找到一种有效的方法鉴定蒲地蓝消炎片的整体质量,建立蒲地蓝消炎片的HPLC指纹图谱。方法:采用70%甲醇对蒲地蓝消炎片进行提取,得到供试溶液,采用Thermo DIONEX UltiMate 3000型高效液相色谱仪(ZORBAX SB-Phenyl色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm))进行分析,并运用“中药色谱指纹谱图相似度评价软件(2004 A版)”对20批样品进行相似度评价。结果:初步建立了蒲地蓝消炎片的HPLC指纹图谱,总共标定了18个共有峰;蒲地蓝消炎片HPLC指纹图谱方法精密度,重复性,稳定性均良好;20批供试药品之间的相似度为0.996~0.999。Objective:In order to find an effective method to identify the overall quality of Pudilan Xiaoyan Tablets,to establish the HPLC fingerprint of Pudilan Xiaoyan Tablets.Method:70%methanol was used to extract Pudilan Xiaoyan tablets to obtain the test solution,which was analyzed by Thermo DIONEX UltiMate 3000 high performance liquid chromatograph(ZORBAX SB-Phenyl column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)).And use"Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation software(2004 A version)"to evaluate the similarity of 20 batches of samples.Results:The HPLC fingerprint of Pudilan Xiaoyan Tablets was preliminarily established,and a total of 18 common peaks were calibrated;the precision,repeatability and stability of the HPLC fingerprint of Pudilan Xiaoyan Tablets were good;the 20 batches of tested drugs were similar The degree is 0.996~0.999.
