摘 要:煤炭含有非常多种类的元素,尤其是对有害元素含量进行准确的检测,对环境的治理等意义重大采用。采用煤炭标准样品粉末压片制样,建立了X射线荧光光谱法同时测定煤炭中磷,氟,氯,砷和汞五种有害元素。并优化样品前处理方法,包括样品粒度,压片压力和保压时间等。实验结果表明,方法测定范围为磷0.002%~0.085%,氟0.005%~0.090%,氯0.01%~0.10%,砷0.002%~0.0055%,汞0.003%~0.080%,并与煤炭标准检测方法进行对比,分析结果基本一致。There are many kinds of elements in coal,especially the accurate detection of harmful elements,which is of great significance to the treatment of the environment.A method for the simultaneous determination of phosphorus,fluorine,chlorine,arsenic and mercury in coal by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was established.The sample pretreatment method was optimized,including sample size,tablet pressure and time.The experimental results show that the determination range of the method is 0.002%~0.085%for phosphorus,0.005%~0.090%for fluorine,0.01%~0.10%for chlorine,0.002%~0.0055%for arsenic and 0.003%~0.080%for mercury.The results are basically consistent with those of the coal standard detection method.
