摘 要:采用Aspen Plus软件对乙烯气相法制取醋酸乙烯工艺过程进行全流程稳态模拟与优化。在全流程稳态模拟与优化中,针对反应器模拟,主副反应分别采用RPlug与RStoic反应器模型;针对精馏塔模拟,先采用DSTWU模型进行简捷计算,随后更换为RADFRAC模型进行严格计算,最后通过灵敏度分析优化其操作条件。另外,采用将未反应原料分离提纯后循环利用以提高原料利用率。基于工业操作数据,对醋酸乙烯生产过程进行模拟与优化,结果表明所生产的醋酸乙烯可达到纯度为99.84%的优等品,且原料乙烯和醋酸的综合利用率分别为72.00%和71.28%。Aspen Plus software was used to simulate and optimize the whole process of vinyl acetate production from ethylene by gas phase method.During the steady-state simulation and optimization process,firstly,the reactor simulation was based on the thinking of that the main reaction adopted the kinetic reactor RPlug and the side reaction adopted the stoichiometric reactor RStoic;secondly,DSTWU model was used for the simple calculation,RADFRAC model was adopted for the strict calculation,and the sensitivity analysis model was used to obtain the optimum operating condition in the simulation of distillation column.In order to improve the utilization of the raw,the cyclic utilization of the unreacted materials were established.Based on the industrial operation data,the simulation and optimization results showed that 99.84%high-grade vinyl acetate could be obtained,besides,the comprehensive utilization rate of ethylene and acetic acid were 72.00%and 71.28%,respectively.
