摘 要:目前,井口制热方案多种多样,亟待一种行之有效的综合评价方案以便制热设备的选型和优化。本文采用层次分析法(AHP)建立了复合式清洁制热方案评价体系,根据项目的特点建立了合适的技术型指标、经济型指标以及社会型指标并得到相应的量化方法,结合制热案例优选出最佳清洁制热方案,最后通过井口多设备热效率实验平台的统一试验,验证了本文所提出方法的有效性,对制热方案的选取具有重要的指导意义。At present,there are many kinds of wellhead heating schemes,and an effective comprehensive evaluation scheme is urgently needed to facilitate the selection and optimization of heating equipment.This article uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to establish a composite evaluation system for cleaning and heating systems,according to the characteristics of the project the establishment of a suitable technical index and economic index and social index and get the corresponding quantitative method,optimizing the best cleaning and heating with heating cases,and finally,wellhead equipment more thermal efficiency is the unification of the experiment platform test,The validity of the method proposed in this paper is verified,and it has an important guiding significance for the selection of heating scheme.
