摘 要:本文分析了玻璃瓶喷釉除尘现状,主要有间隔法、物理去除釉雾法、湿式除尘法等方法的优缺点,其中玻璃瓶喷釉法是采用了压缩空气的办法将釉浆喷射成雾状从而使雾浆粘附于玻璃胚体上,在喷釉的过程中随着玻璃胚体的转动,用来确保玻璃胚体表面得到一层均匀的釉层。探讨了玻璃瓶喷釉过程中产生粉尘的工艺过程及原因,主要是料被压缩、釉料沉降不及时等,结合工艺研究了玻璃瓶喷釉过程的除尘可以采用扬尘喷雾粉尘污染防治、多次扬尘的粉尘防治以及实时监控系统等方法处理。This paper analyzes the current situation of glass bottle spray glaze dust removal,mainly includes the advantages and disadvantages of interval method,physical removal of glaze fog method,wet dust removal method and so on.The glass bottle spray glaze method is to use the method of compressed air to spray the glaze slurry into a mist so that the fog slurry adheres to the glass embryo body.In the process of spray glaze,as the glass embryo body rotates,it is used to ensure that the surface of the glass embryo body gets a layer of uniform glaze layer.The process and causes of dust in the process of glaze spraying on glass bottles are discussed.The main reasons are material being compressed and glaze settling not in time,etc.Combined with the technology,it is studied that the dust removal in the process of glass bottle glaze spraying can be treated by the methods of dust pollution prevention and control,dust prevention and control of repeated dust and real-time monitoring system.
