摘 要:海洋石油平台一旦发生安全事故便会造成大额直接经济损失、间接财产损失、大量人员伤亡,也会造成生态平衡的破坏,带来不良的社会政治影响。为消除危害因素、减小事故发生的可能性、防止事故扩大,海洋平台上常常会根据标准、规范设计消防设备。稳固、合理地安装消防设备是实现消防设备的安全性、稳定性、实用性的基础,定期、有效的维护措施则是消防设备可靠救援的保障。Offshore oil platform safety accident will cause large amount of direct economic losses,indirect property losses,a large number of casualties,and also will cause the destruction of ecological balance,bring adverse social and political influence.In order to eliminate hazard factors、reduce the possibility of accidents,and prevent the expansion of accidents,fire-fighting equipment on offshore platform is often designed according to standards and codes.Firmness and reasonable installation of fire-fighting equipment is the basis of realizing the safety,stability and practicability of fire-fighting equipment,and regular and effective maintenance measures are the guarantee of reliable rescue of fire-fighting equipment.
