摘　　要：压力容器筒体设置切向接管,会破坏原有的应力分布,在结构不连续区域产生高应力,对设备运行造成危险。本文先对切向接管强度计算方法进行讨论,再利用ANSYS WORKBENCH软件对筒体切向接管进行强度计算和应力线性化处理,为今后的工程设计提供一定的指导意义。Tangential nozzles of pressure vessel would destroy stress distribution and high stress occurs in the discontinuous region of the structure.The nozzles are harmful to normal operation of the equipment.In this article,various stress strength calculation methods are discussed and then stress analysis and stress linearization of tangential nozzle of shells are achieved by ANSYS WORKBENCH.The article provides a certain guiding significance for the future design.
