摘  要:为探究循环水对矿井排风能量品位提升装置热工性能的影响,基于有限时间工程热力学,引入换热器传热不可逆因子,构建了能量品位提升装置的循环模型,推导出了循环水流量的多因素表达式,然后,函数化了水流量对装置吸热流率和综合性能的影响,最后,完成了综合性能系数的数值计算。结果表明,随循环水流量增大,吸热流率呈非线性增大,且增长率逐渐减小并趋于0,而综合性能系数先增大后减小。在此变化过程中,出现了综合性能系数的极大值,确立了优化的循环水质量流率范围,以指导现场工程设计与运行调节。The present study analyzed the high-efficiency utilization of heat and moisture energy of mine fan diffuser and the corresponding optimization approach.For this purpose,we established a cycle model of energy quality improving device.Based on finite time engineering thermodynamics,we introduced the irreversibility factor of heat transfer in heat exchanger through the analysis of interwall heat transfer and analyzed the influence mechanism of irreversibility factor on energy quality improving device.According to the analysis,we derived the multi-factor expression of the circulating water flow rate,functionalized the influence of the water flow rate on the heat absorption rate and comprehensive performance of the device,and then completed the numerical calculation.The results show that with the increase of the circulating water flow rate,the heat absorption rate increases nonlinearly and its growth rate decreases gradually and tends to 0.But the comprehensive performance coefficient increases first and then decreases,and the maximum value of the coefficient appears.Based on this conclusion,according to the relevant knowledge of Rolle’s theorem,we proposed a fast method to determine the optimal circulating water flow rate and calculated the existence range of the optimal circulating water flow rate.Then,we analyzed the influence of the inlet temperature of circulating water and the heat capacity of the working medium on the optimal circulating water flow rate.The analysis results show that the inlet temperature of circulating water has little influence on the optimal circulating water flow rate and the optimal comprehensive performance coefficient,while the optimal circulating water flow rate and the optimal comprehensive performance coefficient increase monotonically with the increase of heat capacity of the working medium.Based on the analysis,we provided the optimization method of the device to guide the engineering design and operation regulation of mine exhaust heat recovery equipment.
