摘 要:飞机在航路飞行中遇到特定气象要素时诱发的尾迹云是全球温室效应的重要影响因素之一。用全球变暖潜能值将单位时间内尾迹云的辐射强迫和CO_(2)的辐射强迫进行对比,建立尾迹云环境影响成本计算模型,并结合巡航性能参数与高空风的影响建立油耗成本模型与CO_(2)成本模型,以形成综合成本模型。基于精英保留的遗传算法以综合成本最小化为目标对航段飞行高度的选择进行分配优化,以返回最优的飞行高度组合和最小的综合成本。选取典型国际航路进行优化分析,并通过对不同航段分配最优高度层。结果显示,优化方案比等高度巡航方案和"阶梯"巡航方案的尾迹云成本降低0.4718%~10.927%,油耗成本降低0.3030%~3.7012%,总成本降低4.94%~9.17%。The contrail induced by specific meteorological factors is one of the important influencing factors of the greenhouse effect in the world.To improve the awareness of environmental protection and flight economy of airlines,the impact of contrail on the environment is quantified as economic cost and taken into the comprehensive cost.Firstly,according to the atmospheric parameters,whether the upper atmospheric conditions are beneficial to the generation of the contrail is judged,and then the radiation forcing of contrail per unit time is compared with that of CO_(2) by using the global warming potential value.The cost calculation model of the environmental impact of the contrail is established,and the CO_(2) cost model of fuel consumption cost model is established according to the cruise performance parameters and considering the influence of high altitude wind.The two cost models form a comprehensive cost model.To minimize the comprehensive cost,the genetic algorithm based on elite retention is used to optimize the flight altitude selection of the flight section,obtaining the optimal flight altitude combination and the minimum comprehensive cost.Finally,a typical international route from Beijing to Chicago is selected for optimization analysis.The route consists of 61 segments and each segment has 8 altitude layers.By assigning the optimal altitude layer to different segments,the contrail cost of the optimization scheme is 0.4718%,less than that of the equal altitude cruise scheme and the ladder cruise scheme.Besides,the fuel consumption cost is reduced by0.30%~3.7012%.The total cost is reduced by 4.94%~9.17%.The results show that the cost of the contrail is about twice as much as that of CO_(2) in the course of cruising.So it is more meaningful to reduce the cost of contrail than that of CO_(2) in optimizing the total cost of aircraft cruising.The intelligent optimization method of flight altitude layer can greatly facilitate airlines to effectively and scientifically plan their flight altitudes,taking into accoun
