摘　　要：本文对上海图书馆与上海海峡两岸学术文化交流促进会的关系进行了历史的回顾,并对上海海峡两岸学术文化交流促进会的发展历史作了分阶段的较为具体的纪录。This paper makes a historical review of the relationship between Shanghai Library and the Shanghai Cross Strait Academic and Cultural Exchange Promotion Association,and makes a phased and specific record of the development history of the Shanghai Cross Strait Academic and Cultural Exchange Promotion Association.
