摘　　要：建立了顶空-气相色谱质谱法测定出口姜黄色素中甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、异丙醇4种溶剂残留含量的方法。样品以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶解后,封装于20 mL顶空瓶,气相色谱质谱检测。通过优化实验条件,确定最佳的顶空平衡时间40 min、平衡温度60℃。结果表明:4种溶剂在各自对应的浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9997~0.9999,检出限为0.03~0.07 mg/L,加标回收率为93%~110%,相对标准偏差为0.7%~10%。本方法适用于姜黄色素中4种溶剂残留的测定。A method for determination of 4 residual solvents including methonal,alcohol,acetone and isopropanol in curcumin by headspace gas chromotography-mass spectrometry was established.Samples were dissolved in N,N-dimethylformamide and then determined by gas chromotography-mass spectrometry after they were sealed in 20 mL headspace bottle.Different parameters of headspace processing were investigated,60℃and 40 min were used as the optimized parameters.The results showed that the linearity was good in respective content range of those 4 residual solvents.The linear correlations were 0.9997-0.9999,the limits of detection were 0.03-0.07 mg/L,the recoveries were 93%-110%and the relative standard deviations were 0.7%-10%.This method is suitable for determination of 4 residual solvents in curcumin.
