摘　　要：代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)是一种主要以中心性肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、高血压与高血脂为特征的复杂代谢紊乱症候群,是目前全球主要的医学和公共卫生健康难题之一。中药精油是传统中药中一类独特的芳香性成分,具有干扰胰岛素信号传导、增加胰岛素敏感性、减少炎症反应、抗氧化应激等作用,可有效改善MS的最终治疗结局。主要综述芳香中药精油干预代谢综合征的研究进展,以期为芳香中药精油的深入研究与进一步开发利用提供思路与参考依据。Metabolic syndrome(MS) is a complex metabolic disorder syndrome characterized by central obesity, insulin resistance, hypertension and hyperlipidemia. It is one of the world’s major medical and public health problems, currently. Traditional Chinese medicine essential oil is a unique aromatic component in traditional Chinese medicine, which has the effects of interfering with insulin signal transduction, increasing insulin sensitivity, reducing inflammation, and anti-oxidative stress, and can effectively improve the final treatment outcome of MS. Research progress on aromatic traditional Chinese medicine essential oil intervening metabolic syndrome are mainly reviewed in this paper, in order to provide ideas and references for the in-depth research and further development and utilization of aromatic traditional Chinese medicine essential oil.
