摘　　要：时代主题是能够体现时代特征的、具有全局性和迫切性的主要战略性问题,对时代主题的理解认识具有重要的理论和现实意义。以马克思辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义世界观和方法论为指导,以国内外形势和环境的发展变化为依据,中国共产党不断深化对时代主题的认识和判断,不仅在思想认识上实现了从"战争与革命"到"和平与发展"时代主题的科学转换,而且积累了宝贵的历史经验:正确认识和处理了"时代主题"与"时代性质""大时代"与"小时代"之间的辩证关系,坚持实事求是、将时代主题的判断与国情和世情紧密结合。这为当前以及未来科学认识时代规律、判断时代趋势、抓住时代机遇、应对时代挑战提供了重要指导和经验参照。The theme of the times is an important issue with overall and strategic significance, and the understanding of this issue is of great significance both in theory and practice. Since the foundation of Communist Party of China, it has attached great importance to this issue, and has achieved valuable historical experience under the guidance of historical materialism and dialectical materialism. It has correctly understood and dealt with the relationship between the "historical times" and the "era", the nature and the theme of the times. Besides that, the Communist Party of China always adheres to seeking truth from facts and closely integrates the judgment of the theme of the times with the national conditions and the world situation. This provides important guidance and reference for understanding of the rules of the times, judging the trends of the times, seizing the opportunities of the times, and responding to the challenges of the times effectively in the new era.
