摘　　要：一个国家的发展水平,既取决于自然科学的发展水平,也取决于哲学社会科学的发展水平。哲学社会科学体现了一个国家的理论思维、学术思想、文化品格乃至民族自信。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视哲学社会科学的建设和发展,并发表了一系列重要讲话,科学清晰地指出了新时代哲学社会科学发展的方向、任务和路径等问题。在发展方向上,要求在党的领导下,做到坚持马克思主义指导、坚持中国特色社会主义方向、坚持哲学社会科学发展的基本规律的有机统一;在任务要求上,要致力于推动马克思主义中国化、时代化、大众化,推动国家和政党治理话语的理论创新,阐释好中国道路和制度优势,促进中华文明传承传播,构建当代中国的学术话语体系,增强中国学术的国际话语权及世界影响力,服务于中国共产党治国理政和中华民族伟大复兴的战略全局;在实践路径上,要做到民族性与世界性、继承性与创新性、科学性与价值性的统一。习近平总书记关于哲学社会科学的系列重要论述体系完整、内涵丰富、逻辑严密、论述深刻、方法科学,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是推动当代中国哲学社会科学发展的科学指南,具有重要的理论学术价值以及实践指导意义。The development level of a country depends on the development level of not only natural sciences, but also philosophy and social sciences. The philosophy and social sciences embodies a country’s theoretical thinking, academic idea, cultural character, and even national self-confidence. Since the Eighteenth National Congress, the Central Committee of the Party with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core has attached high importance to the construction and development of philosophy and social sciences. In the meantime series of important speeches, which scientifically and clearly pointed out such issues as the direction, task, and path of the development of philosophy and social sciences in the new era has been delivered. In terms of the development direction, it is required that under the leadership of the Party, we work our best to achieve the organic unity of the adherence to the guidance of Marxism, the direction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the basic laws of philosophy and social sciences development. In terms of the task requirements, we should work at promoting the sinicization, modernization and popularization of Marxism, advancing theoretical innovation of the governance discourse of the state and the Party, articulating the Chinese road and institutional advantages, promoting the inheritance and dissemination of Chinese civilization, building the academic discourse system of contemporary China, enhancing the international discourse power and world influence of Chinese academics, and serving the overall strategic situation of the governance of the Communist Party of China and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In terms of the practical path, it is necessary to achieve the unity of nationality and cosmopolitanism, inheritance and innovation, as well as scientificity and value.
