摘　　要：21世纪非洲社会主义运动呈现"局部有推进"与"整体仍艰难"并存的特点,"局部有推进"归功于少数共产党(工人党)坚持独立自主的发展道路、坚持把马列主义基本原理与本国国情相结合、不断加强党的自身建设等三个原因;"整体仍艰难"的原因包括绝大多数共产党(工人党)没有将党自身建成一支有战斗力的队伍,长期遭受"两种力量"打击,资本主义国家实施"温和化"战略和"福利化"政策等四个方面;展望21世纪非洲社会主义运动的态势,一方面,21世纪非洲社会主义运动仍然有一定的空间,另一方面,21世纪非洲社会主义发展面临着严峻的挑战。The 21 st century African socialist movement presents the coexistence of "progress in some parts" and "the overall situation is still difficult". The "progress in some parts" is attributed to three reasons: the minority Communist Party(Worker’s Party) adheres to the independent development path, insists on combining the basic principles of Marxism-Leninism with the national conditions, and continuously strengthens the party’s self-building. The reasons for "the overall situation is still difficult" include that most of the Communist Party(Workers’ Party) failed to build the party itself into a fighting force, and suffered from "two forces" for a long time. The capitalist countries implemented the "moderation" strategy and "welfare" policy and other four aspects. Looking forward to the trend of the African socialist movement in the 21 st century, on the one hand, there is still room for the socialist movement in Africa in the 21 st century, on the other hand, the development of socialism in Africa in the 21 st century is facing severe challenges.
