摘　　要：在今天的演讲中,我们称这种技术为“手部成型术”,是显微外科重建和组织延长相结合的方法演示分为3个部分:第1部分是虎口重建,第2部分是使用外固定架恢复近侧指骨间关节(PIPJ)的功能;第3部分是骨延长和骨搬运重建缺失的手指。My presentation today we called this technique as the"formative hand surgery",microsurgery reconstruction and following combined in method with tissue lengthening.Presrn tilt ion was divided 3 parts.The first one is the first web plastic.The second one is the function recovery for PIPJ recovery using the external fixator.And the third part is bone lengthening and transport for reconstruction of missing fingers.
