健康生态学理论情境下老年群体健康治理的逻辑研究——来自CFPS数据的经验证据

摘　　要：目的健康治理关乎国计民生,构建多元协同的健康共治逻辑是破解我国老龄化挑战的时代要义。方法文章基于健康生态学模型,采用中国健康与养老追踪调查和2018年中国家庭追踪调查数据,对我国60岁以上老年人的人口特征与健身活动的关系进行描述统计和二元logit回归分析。结果健康体质、良好生活习惯、更好的人际网络和生活条件对老年健身活动起到促进作用。结论可从政策优化、社会支持和公民参与方面构建健康治理逻辑,以体育治未病,发挥健身活动在慢病防治工作中的健康干预作用。Objective To develop the logic of mulitple collaborative health governance of the elderly for dealing with the challenge of aging.Methods Based on the health ecology model,follow-up data of CHARLS and CFPS 2018 was used and analyzed with descriptive statistics and binary logit regression analysis.Results Good physique,healthy lifestyle,better interpersonal network and living conditions play a positive role in promoting the elderly to participate in physical activities.Conclusion It is suggested to construct the logic of health governance of the elderly from the aspects of policy improvement,social support and citizen involvement,and take"preventive treatment of diseases by sports"as a major strategy for health governance by realizing the health intervention function of physical activities.
