摘  要:为合理确定在嗣后充填法中一步骤采空区充填体临界强度及固化时间的范围,以某铁矿尾砂为充填骨料,开展了不同配比参数下尾砂胶结充填体坍落度及抗压强度试验。建立了尾砂胶结充填体强度增长规律模型,并量化分析了采空区内充填体临界强度及固化时间的合理范围。结果表明:充填体固化强度随着养护龄期的增加呈指数函数递增趋势,且质量浓度越高的充填体强度增长越快;充填料浆坍落度随着质量浓度的增加基本遵循指数函数下降规律,而灰砂比对充填料浆坍落度的影响与质量浓度的范围有密切的联系;构建了能量匹配系数K值表征充填体与开挖矿体间的关系,获得了K值与充填体强度及固化时间的关系。据此定量分析出该矿山一步骤采空区充填体的临界强度为1.9 MPa,确定了灰砂比1∶4、质量浓度66%的充填体,固化时间26 d后,方可进行二步骤矿体回采,比现场回采时间提前2 d。In order to reasonably quantify the critical strength and curing time range of the backfilling of the first-step goaf in the high-stage post-filling method,with the full tailings of an iron mine as the filling aggregate,the compressive strength test of the tailings cemented backfill under different proportions was carried out,and the strength growth law model of the tailings cemented backfill was established,and based on the energy matching principle,the critical strength and curing time range of the backfilling in the first-step goaf of the mine are quantitatively analyzed.The results show that the curing strength of backfill increases exponentially with the increase of curing age,and the higher the mass concentration,the faster the strength of backfill increases.Slump of filling slurry basically follows the law of exponential decline with the increase of mass concentration,and the effect of cement-sand ratio on slump of filling slurry is closely related to the range of mass concentration.The energy matching coefficient K value is constructed to characterize the relationship between the filling body and the excavated ore body,and the relationship between the K value and the filling body strength and curing time is obtained.Based on that,the critical strength of the filling body on the first-step goaf of the mine is quantitatively analyzed to be 1.9 MPa,the mass concentration of 66%and cement-tailings ratio of 1∶4 and 26 days curing time are selected for the engineering application of the iron mine,which shorts the curing age by 2 days than actual recovery time.
